What is it?
Ok, they call it a gilet, so it's a vest under a jacket, I'm assuming. But a vest with big-ol' lapels?

I'm assuming it's over a corset, petticoat, fluffy bum roll, and skirt...

I'm still not 100% on board with the chemise dress thang so I might lean more towards something like this. I still get to have really big hair... :-)
