This is nothing to be proud of.

All evening I have been trying to get up the desire to pick up those damned strapwork sleeves for the PDSvN dress. Poo. I want nthing to do with them. Well, that's not true... I want the to be DONE so I can move on, but I know if I put those off and move to another part of the dress I will never finish them.
I have laundry to do.
I have spring cleaning to do.
I have a daughter who needs dinner.
My hip hurts from sitting too long at my desk today.
I want to be sewing but I don't want to sew. I guess I to want to sew. 

Mostly I think, for the first time in many years, I am bummed faire is over.

Make cookies! Even though I can't eat them any more, I find cookies to be the answer to all "meh." And have your foxxy spouse rub the extra buttery dough all over that sore hip ;-) Cookies, they're not just for Claire any more!
